We’re a small independent company, and every reservation means a lot to us. A great deal of heart, energy, and upfront investment goes into creating a meaningful retreat experience for you. Please read the terms below carefully before booking. By registering, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.

§1 General Information
(1) These Terms & Conditions apply to all retreat bookings made with us: SANA Yoga Studio GmbH.
(2) Our services are intended for consumers in accordance with §13 BGB — i.e., individuals booking for personal use, not for business or professional purposes.
(3) These terms are binding upon registration and payment.

§2 Booking & Payment
(1) To secure your spot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
(2) The remaining balance is due by June 1, 2025.
(3) Upon booking, you will receive an invoice based on your selected room type. All invoices will include the applicable VAT.
(4) VAT Notice:
All listed prices are exclusive of VAT (currently 19%). The applicable VAT amount will be added and shown separately on your invoice, in compliance with German tax law (§ 14 UStG).

(5) Booking confirmations and important updates will be sent via email. Please ensure your email address is correct and our messages don’t end up in your spam folder.

§3 Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Here’s how cancellations are handled:

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

• If you cancel on or before May 30, 2025, you are not obligated to pay the remaining balance.

• If you cancel after May 30, 2025, the full retreat price must be paid, even if you cannot attend.

No refunds will be issued for non-participation or partial attendance.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen situations.

§4 Changes & Cancellations by Organizer
(1) We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat (e.g., instructors, schedule, venue) if required due to circumstances beyond our control. Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
(2) If the retreat must be canceled due to insufficient participants, illness, or other force majeure, any payments already made will be refunded in full. We do not accept liability for any other costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation), unless caused by our gross negligence.
(3) In the event of cancellation of individual sessions (e.g., due to illness of the facilitator), we will offer a reschedule or refund for that specific part.

 

§5 Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
As per §355 BGB, private consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal when booking online.
However, this right may be waived if:

• You consent to the retreat service starting before the end of the withdrawal period, and

• You acknowledge that your withdrawal right is forfeited once the contract is fully performed.

You will be asked to confirm this during the booking process.

 

§6 Venue & Conduct
All participants are expected to respect the venue, follow posted house rules, and comply with any instructions from our team or facilitators. We reserve the right to exclude anyone engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior without refund.
