Yoga SANA | YOGA heals
Yoga & Mindfulness for Everyday Life
At SANA Studio, we provide a safe and welcoming space to embrace the transformative power of yoga. Through mindful practices like asana, breathwork, and meditation, we offer tools to help you deepen the connection between your body, mind, and spirit—no matter where you are on your journey.
SANA was created from a heartfelt desire to build a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and free to simply be. We want to move beyond the poses, beyond the rigidity of the physical to bring awareness to different practices that will anchor us into the present - and tap into out potential through this holistic approach.
‘Yoga Sana’ means ‘Yoga Heals’ in Spanish, and this is the power we want to unleash with our studio sessions. By targeting some concrete emotions and challenges that currently affect us - burnout, stress - we utilize the full potential of the yoga practice and give our students tools to dive deeper into the practice.
At SANA, we are dedicated to guiding you toward a life of balance, clarity, and peace.

Christin Stein
As a nature-loving globetrotter, Christin has practiced Yoga here and there - on and off the mat. While completing her first of many Yoga Teacher Trainings in 2018 in Canary Islands she realized, that yoga feels like home, letting her wander without getting lost. Offering both, freedom and guidance. Christin likes incorporating these concepts in her classes - guiding through creative, dynamic and energizing vinyasa flows, linking conscious breath with fluid movement. The practice holds space to move gently and freely while clearing the mind, focusing on the practice and arriving in the moment.
