SANA STUDIO X DENIZEN

Visit us in our location in Kreuzberg at Köpenicker Str. 40-41, 10179 Berlin, where you can unwind, take a break from your working schedule and find peace of mind. Our studio is within the DENIZEN space but has its own entrance directly from the street (Self-Care Studio), so you can come straight in - or go to the frontdesk, where there's also a USC check-in.

In this 2-hour workshop guided by Leonie (@a_balanced_mind), you’ll explore how breath can support emotional regulation through a blend of psychology and practical breathwork. The session introduces the science behind stress and the nervous system, then brings it into the body with guided breathing practices.

 

You’ll learn how to use your breath to calm or energize your system, gain insights into emotional regulation, and practice techniques to navigate stress and emotions with ease, leaving with practical tools for clarity, and self-efficacy.
